25 years in healthcare. A passion for people and development.

I am Monika Wiedemeijer. Many people simply call me Mo.

For more than 25 years, I have supported people and organisations in healthcare. As founder and owner of the healthcare communications agency CONTENT, I had the opportunity to work with hospitals, clinics, professional societies, patient organisations and healthcare companies. This work led to communication projects, continuing education programmes, change initiatives and national awareness campaigns.

Over the years, it became increasingly clear to me that lasting development does not come from communication alone, but from the people who carry and shape change. That is why I founded Momentum Impuls AG. Today my focus is on people and organisational development, leadership, team coaching and change communication in healthcare.

I support leaders, teams and organisations through development and change processes. My aim is to provide orientation, to strengthen people in their roles and to help organisations actively shape their future.

In doing so, I combine my experience in healthcare, communication, entrepreneurship and organisational development with a clear conviction: change succeeds when people are able to understand it, help shape it and take responsibility.

And when I am not working, I like to be out on my bike, preferably in other countries and cultures.
